Though I must say I believe Silent Hill stands as the best VG-based movie so far.

Yeah. Probably, and the RE movies could always be worse than what they already are. *shudder*

I don't mind RE5. I just didn't find anything original at all, and the controls seriously piss me off. RE4 had the same "shitty" controls, but since it brought so many things new to RE I didn't mind them. However I liked being able to end the rivalry between Chris and Wesker.

I just hope they take some clues from Dead Space when they decide to make another RE.

Yes, that would be pretty tight I'll admit.

Chances are Nintendo will try to make some sort of HD/SD hybrid. That's what some are getting at after some conference.

Okay?... Well, I'll reserve judgement on this probable new gimmick until it's officially announced.

Well Heath Ledger is a different actor.

That's not the point.

The actor we're discussing is an easily forgettable Irishman with a bad hair style. Hey I just figured out a catch phrase for the guy. "Help, they're after me Lucky Uroboros!"

And his hairstyle's obviously going to be changed for the movie. Doesn't matter what it looks like now.

As for that last part... no comment. facepalm

My problem was not the storyline. Obviously both storylines are kind of campy. There just wasn't enough differences in RE5 to make it good. It wasn't scary or or even difficult at all. There wasn't a single boss fight where I was like "omgomgomgomg i'm gonna die!" The controls were the same, the inventory system was much worse, and since you need your partner to help you out with some things you can't put that retarded AI bot in a dumpster and leave it there till you get done with killing things in the surrounding area. If you're playing with someone else that's not an issue though. It didn't feel like a horror game at all to me. It was more like "gears of evil". Chris Redfield's ridiculously bulked up look didn't endear me to the game either. It was fun, but I doubt I'd ever pick it up again.

Scary's just an opinion. To be honest, I didn't find 4 or 5 scary at all. As for difficulty, that's pretty much what Professional mode is for. shrug Even without professional mode though, I still had a hard enough time on the last level with Sheva when it came to keeping her from falling in the lava since I'm not that good of a button masher. =(
And I didn't mind the increased partner involvement, personally, especially when it came to playing with people online, but meh. To each their own. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
And I don't think Chris's new look was necessarily supposed to endear you until the very end when he started punching a boulder ๐Ÿ˜‚, but whatever.

As for which one has better replay value, that's pretty debatable to me since RE4 had Separate Ways, Assignment Ada, or whatever you call it, while RE5 (aside from the subpar multiplayer) had a mercenaries mode that you could play with people online, which has been a factor in me still playing the game some even to this day. *has SS rank with every character on every level*

All and all though, these were probably the best parts of each game for me. ๐Ÿ˜

Doing both of those at once at a live concert isn't really uncommon anymore, methinks srug... Still liked that song nonetheless though. ๐Ÿ‘†

There has never been a scary Resident Evil. ๐Ÿ˜

Wesker kicking their asses was tight. I liked how the fight went down.

Ada's tease is top notch, though IMO the best part with her is when she encounters Leon and then pulls the shades stunt to escape...foxy lady all right.

I mean legit dancing, not hardcore dancing. Hardcore dancing is for emofagz D:< I HATE THEM. People at Eluveitie were legit Celtic dancing ๐Ÿ˜„ It was amazing. Linking arms and spinning in circles and shit, then crashing into each other and just generally being drunk and awesome.

This is some racist shit, if I didn't exemplify this stereotype I'd probably reinforce it by kicking your ass!

ROFL

Oh yeah. That part too definitely! ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐Ÿ‘† Or when after she defeats Krauser in her storymode and comments on his "thing". haha

Wow.. That sounds like it was pretty fun. No comment on the hardcore dancing part though. >.>

If that's racist then the Lucky Charms cereal is racist.

Watching Chris getting owned by Wesker never gets tiring.

The one with Lisa Trevor?

Not scary. No RE game is.

Best parts of RE4 imo, were the knife fight, and the fight with "right hand" lol, i forgot what that thing is called.

Dude, would you stop making my B.S. detector go off the charts? The last time you did that, it blew up and I had to get a new one. Do you have any idea how expensive they are?

They really aren't that scary.

Maybe I am just more of a man than you? ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah, anyone actually scared by an RE game needs to turn in their genitalia, regardless of gender. We can't have them reproducing.

Yeah. The knife fight was easily my 2nd favorite part. ๐Ÿ˜›

I don't find any of 'em scary either, but that's just going too far. ๐Ÿ˜‚

resident evil games arent "scary" as to say, but they have startled me a bit in the past.

Yeah. It's easy to get startled sometimes if you don't know what's about to happen next in a game, but that doesn't equal to being scared.
