Tbf , I see it like IM and his armours, or Doom with his Doombots, or Strange with his summons. No one would begrudge them calling on their resources in the midst of a forum battle. The only difference is the hammers aren't made by Thor and isn't dependent on him.
I'd have nothing against them arguing "Thor could summon the hammer to hit with prison-planet moving momentum". I wouldn't even argue against other hammers being able to do that, even if there's no proof.
But they always go the extra retarded mile.

I'm sorry, but it seems everywhere I go (Gamefaqs, Reddit, Comic Vine, etc) people think of Rebirth Superman as only Rebirth feats, the same way New 52 is only New 52 feats. Rebirth Superman is like yet another different incarnation of Superman to many people, due to his feats
My bad, didn’t mean to come off sousing like a dick.
Those sites are both right and wrong. New 52 was suppose a new story for Superman, like Pre-Crisis and Post-Crisis. But DC being the retard they are, once more retcon it via Rebirth.
In Rebirth, we found that Superman was split into two different Superman. Long story short, they met, talk, then become one super being, forgive the pun. But the most unique thing, was that prior to the merging, each Superman’s were only at half strength.
So New 52 Superman benchpressing the Earth for 5 days straight with no sunlight and only sweating once was him at full power. Him in Action Comics under Morisson that was being attacked from both the past, the present and future was him still at half power. Or Clark taking blast from a 5D Imp weapon was him at half a strength.
So in the end, New 52 was suppose to be a new incarnation of Superman, both the big dogs on top didn’t want that, so all that was retcon.
The only two different canon Superman, are Pre Crisis, and Post Crisis Superman. I don’t count elseworlds.
Thing is, WE have something similar. Classic Kingpin, or pre-Retcon Beyonder.
In both examples, WE have arbitrarily created these versions based on nothing more than our interpretations.
The difference is, Classic Kingpin ends in the 90s/00s, so we have about 20years of showings to base our judgements on. The Beyonder has had clear retcons (hence the name).
Rebirth Superman has been around since 2016, lol. To say he's a different beast based on a year's worth of showings is ludicrous - because he hasn't had that many showings, period.
That's like me saying 2017 Daredevil is a different character from 'normal' Daredevil, based on the showings in that year alone.

So he has done nothing strength-wise after Rebirth?
According to you, he shook the entire Phantom Zone with his fight:

Question... the Supermen that were split, them dipping in the sun, absorbing untold amounts of sunlight (mainly new 52 since we dont know what pre Supes was doing)... with all of the amping, etc... would that still make him a weakened character?
Depends. Not sure how DC sees the split, so can't say for certain, but if they're split, it stands to reason EVERYTHING is split.
That includes recharge rate, capacity, etc.
Let's say we have Carver4.5. Now, he can eat burgers just like Carver9 can. But maybe he can only eat half as much, or half as quickly, or can absorb half the energy, etc etc.
So sure, n52 Superman can sundip. Doesn't mean he hits the same levels, or as quickly, as combined Supes or whatever he's callled.
Just my theory, anyway. Don't think DC ever fleshed it out.
Originally posted by DarkSaint85I never said the feat wasn't valid, I'm just afraid it's not accepted to most people due to obvious reasons. Also, it seems that is the only striking feat Rebirth Superman has ever done
