No, Jagr was playing those playoff games and leading the pens to victory after victory while mario was out. Of course 66 is the best of the best, but Jagr served as the keystone when 66 fell out for a bit...,Pittsburgh people forget this far to often

Well, if Lemieux isn't playing, then sure. But you didn't word it that way, so I was left to refute your comment that Jagr was the better player.

Yeah, the Rangers game was definitely disappointing. The Pens are playing to conservative on their defense. Anytime they get a lead they go into protect mode. Having two of the top guns in the league and a very dependable goalie. I think they should stop trying to protect their lead and keep trying to extend the lead.
What do you think about having Crosby and Malkin on the same line? I think they should keep them on separate lines. Especially after losing the players they did.

Either way. That Islanders game was rocking. That is why i watch hockey. That game was almost a perfect game for a Pens fan. Jordan finally gets his first legitimate goal. The pens blew the first two periods again only to come out of the gates in the third to show why they made it to the cup finals last year and dominate the team to 1 shot while amassing 20 which gives them an OT win in a shotout...,damn I LOVE HOCKEY
