well the main language is filipino or tagalog, but the official business language is english. all schools teach in english and the common medium of media is in english. most filipinos have trouble with their english accent, but there are few filipinos with this bad an english grammar.

Yeah I thought English was a main language. I think I even said something about it to him but didn't get a response. I think he's probably just drunk half the time because some of his grammar is perfectly fine and other times.....lol.
