Here's another: Namor flys at 60 mph. I've been looking all the Handbooks that I have, and they say that Namor SWIMS at 60 mph, they don't say anything about flight speed. Marvel Directory is wrong, then.

"know you're a fan of Namor however its not a stupid assumption of posters that Namor is class 85. He's been that way for 95% of his existence in comics according to the official bios despite his feats in comics. Now he's been made a low level class 100. Its only with the more recent handbooks that fans were able to find that out so you cant blame them"

In the comics he was always show to be in he same class as the Hulk and the like. The moment Marvel said " the strongest of all are class 100 " Namor became one as well. When the rating was class 5 or wharever they named it at the time, Namor was as well.

"That Wonder Woman is not on Superman's level."

She is indeed in the same class, agreed.

"Batman isnt gay"

I feel like trowing a joke but theres no need. "robin" is such a subtle hint.

"There are people that are physically stronger then Hulk"

Theres nothing wrong with this one. There are. We`ve seen it before and if you want the most recent example check out Marvel Team up # 11 where Savage Hulk lost a slugfest in a couple of shots.

Well, if he has unlimited strenght, nobody can be stronger then he is. They can tie with him, but they are not stronger.

This unlimited strenght thing for me gets me doubts everytime. So ok we`ve seen it stated he has limitess strenght. Now, what does fuels his strenght? rage, right?

Its his rage unlimited?

Because thats not the first time Hulk has lost a slugfest and fought an opponent that was above him in strenght.

And that guy in the recent Marvel Team Up didnt tied, he won.

""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

On land Namor was never consistently shown to be a match for the strongest of marvels characters. He has for the majority of the time been shown to be class 85 in his bios, despite what he did in the comics that was always the case officially therefore it is not a stupid assumption by posters to think of him on that level now. His official placing in that category is a relatively recent development. Even now he is officially level 6 which is from 75 tons up to low level class 100. It is not a stupid assumption he can match the strongest hand to hand even win some battles through sheer ferocity, however in terms of sheer physical power he is not on the level of the likes of Savage Hulk, King Thor and so on.

This is a different kind of assumption... I hate it when adults/other people in general assume that comics are for little kids and toddlers just because the only comics they know of are the comic strips from newspapers...

Then those adults should read some stuff...like Supreme Power...or Ultimates. Most comics are for teens, not toddlers. laughing out loud

I dont think she is on supermans level. I dont think its a stupid assumption to think she's not because its not glaringly obvious that she is. If it came to an all out battle to the death and they were being ruthless i believe Superman would take her out quite decisively.

Yeah, I agree... I got my older bro into reading some of the Ultimate stuff (he's not much of a comic book fan, but now he kind of is) so that was cool... wink
