Puck's body is compressed rubber, most of the attacks wouldn't do anything to him. They would just bounce off of him. As said, he is invulnerable.

No the cigar isn't used as a weapon, he just likes to smoke one.

How strong is Puck King?

I work out 4 times a week and Batman is using 100lb plates it looks like here. There is 6 of them plus the 45lb bar.

Batman is repping 645lbs without a spotter.

His top strength is unknown it was never stated, but they put him in Superhuman class 10 same as Spider-Man. So that's the 2-10 ton range, so he could be anywhere in there.
