Yeah it's RZA, IMO. Know it sounds cliche and redundant but if I said anyone else I'd have to add "besides RZA." He's one of those producers who can make beats that sound nothing like the songs they sampled from, and I really dig that. He also makes beats that are damn near impossible to sample.
Personally don't see what's so great about some producers mentioned like Kno or Kanye West. I like them alright but to me they're just ok.. not even top 10. People say Dre's overrated but look at Kanye. I happen to like Dre's G-Funk style beats.. although that's mostly cause I also happen to be a fan of old school P-Funk. New York beats sound so cluttered and abrasive.. which is cool but I also think it's cool to escape from that sound once in a while and Dre was basically the first to do it on such a large scale.. for which he has my respect. The whole high pitched melody and heavy bass accompanied by hedonistic rhymes... I love the G-Funk vibe. Really does a good job at continuing the ways of funk.
kanye definitley not top 10, but Kno in my opinion has NEVER made a bad beat. the Cunninlynguists albums (beat wise) are incredible. Not a single wack track based on production. Even the interludes are incredible
maybe it's just me. I like all the classical stuff he samples. Stoupe as well.

Dre may not be a lyricist, but come on he's at least better than Eazy E. Although that song is pretty cool, and a better diss track then **** Wit Dre Day, though I think **** Wit Dre Day was a better song overall.
I was never a real big fan of Stoupe production wise (although I always though he was good) until I heard Rip the Jacker. I think his production on that is astounding.
That said, The Blast is one of my favourite hip hop songs ever.
You guys already mentioned all the greats but I think one producer who's coming up in the ranking, at least in my book, is Dangermouse. DM and Jemni, Dangerdoom, Grey Album, Demon Days is quite a list imo.
Madlib is my favorite producer.

Death Certificate is my favourite Cube album, "a bird in the hand" and "alive on arrival" are the highlights for me. Predator and Amerikkka's most wanted are definitely worth checking out to.
