Strictly speaking, the first sig you enter should be the one that is judged; in other words, he wouldn't be able to fix it. However, the rules are usually bent here, and I don't think it'd be a crime if he were to simply add "KMC."

1. very eye catching with the bright coloring.
2. nice blur
3. not very creative.
4. at least it doesn't say kfc.

Barker:
1. I kinda see the themed-ness with the band "logo". nice.
2. but it's the only way I can tell it's APC at all.
3. the effect you used made him look disfigured.
4. no KMC.

but those were just my observations.
