You cant possibly compare those feats, to what Nate has shown. As Shaman he has more power, more self control, and more experience in taking down bigger threats then Magneto or Xavier.
He also time-travelled using just his psychic powers (something Nate never accomplished) and was such a threat the Watchers interfered by warning the Shiar empire of what was happening.
He wasn't around for very long. During his time, he toyed with Magneto and barely even acknowledged the X-Men, including taking lightning blasts from Storm.
Legion's actions were able to alter history. That's a lot more than doing an isolated time freeze.
In the latest issue of x-men legacy...Exodus was actually out-dueling xavier on the physic plane for a while in an all-out "psy-war" that was felt by all telepaths across the planet...fyi for people who may give the edge to team 1

His memories were, his skills certainly weren't considering he knew what a post-hypnotic inhibition was. Exodus restored his brain seamlessly on a sub-atomic level according to Mike Carey.
All Exodus did in that entire fight was projected distorted memories of Xavier's past (Which Xavier noted) and whack Magneto and Karima with a TK blast.
he may have also inadvertently unlocked xavier's full powers...powers that were held in check by his self-imposed restrictions and doubts brought on by failures...that's my interpretation and in either case it's pretty damn crazy
Exodus used to be my favorite x-character back in the day...loved his original costume...fantastic contrast to magneto's purple and red
That's true as well, and Xavier just got an official power boost as well.
One of the reason's I started liking Exodus because his dialogue is the perfectcase where even though his dialogue is always worded so eloquently it's still bigotry.
Not the same Rachel I'm afraid. Rachel has been retconned by CC's pen.
And gets her butt kicked by Chung li and Vampires...
That Exodus was weakened after his fight with Holocaust when he encountered Nate. He was reduced to a power leech. And it wasn't a one-shotting. Weakened Exodus did quite well considering the circumstances.
And you're underestimating Emma she'll be more then a nuisance.
(This was after Psi-War Nate had his TK in this, he also had his Telepathy but didn't realize he had it. He used it in the issue subconsciously though)
More importantly, Nate over powered Cables mentor when he decided to use the one time fail safe on him.
Granted, time travel is a powerful ability that can be exploited. However, so is BFR and Nate happens to be extremely good at sending characters across universes.
