ANYWAY with 3 minutes prep Cap is gonna aquire some sort of hardware

going by the maxim "its better to have a gun and not need it than to need it and not have it"
that would be reasonable prep for a Millitary man like the Captain

Batman would do the same thing Only better........... Much.]

suppose Cap anticipates Bat bringing Tech and Batman does the same and they both bring jamming devices

H2H Curbstomp for the detective & none of that Shield to the head nonsense. A Batarang can stab the eyes out as easy as pie.
