They're both one trick ponies.

I get what golem is saying. Surfer's power is the power cosmic which he can use to do a whole variety of stuff which makes him versatile of course, but he still only has one power.

For example, look at Hulk. Would you say he has the powers of:

Super weightlifting
Super kicking
Super punching
Super jumping
Thunderclaps

or would you just say he has super strength and be done with it?

I think digi is saying they are both versitile, but it was golem who says surfer is versitile and strange is not, when strange like surfer has one power source and strange can do a variety of things like the surfer can

I think Martian Manhunter is very versitile

I believe so..99.999% sure he was a normal humanoid with no powers before galactus made him a herald

I would say Doctor strange is more versitile....magic can duplicate almost any power....
but i can understand that in the case of surfer loosing Cosmic power and stange loosing magic...basicly makes them normal humans

Now Martian Manhunter has a insane power set,and for a character that is in his teir he is insanly versitile

So true, especially the very old comics.
Super-weaving....super-dancing...just terrible.
