We don't know how big it was. Galactus's attack began at Annihilus's flagship, encompassed three star systems, and still showed no signs of slowing. Even then, the Wave's resources were still at 34 percent (though dropping).
We do know that the Wave was referred to as an infestation, not an invasion, due to the sheer quantity of attackers.
Spectre wins this alone. It took Nabus death for god to take notice and finally stop Spectre. It was made clear that it was the ONLY way to stop him. At most everyone else slightly delayed him...but Spectre made it obvious he was in no hurry...only that his mission had to be completed at some point.
At most the annihilation crew would slow him down for a while before he utterly demolishes them.
As for Captain Marvel...he was being powered by hundreds of gods, and magic from different dimensions. He was ridiculously powerful for that short time...and even then didn't and wouldn't have stopped Spectre. Nobody from the annihilation wave would have survived such an assault.

galactus,tenebrous, and aegis would literally demolish spectre. cap marvel was crushing him. these three beings would kill cap marvel in 10 seconds. spectre was being hurt by shazam.
cap marvel would have killled him if the fight pressed on. spectre was manipulated. he isnt bright when he is hostless.

like everything u exaggerate. he didnt look so all powerful here. he looked petrified. good thing eclipso rescued him and took him outta harms way.
key point avalon, they nearly destroyed me. meaning he got out by the skin of his teeth. if enchantress hadnt gone crazy he would have died. galactus himself would beat this spectre.

he failed becuz enchantress turned evil and went goofy. that is the only reason spectre was getting worked. bottom line is he disnt compare to amped up cap marvel. his hiney was getting kicked and he was traumatized.
The top hitters T and A were taken out by Surfer. Spectre or any of the other skyfather level beings could replicate that feat with no problem.
Seriously. If you want to go after absurdities, it's not too difficult. Those 2 idiots were beaten by SS, and Galactus was Annihilus B*tch most of the series.
Spectre with a crunch blast for the win.
I don't see the annihilation guys someone getting gods attention to beat Spectre or channeling magic from multiple dimensions or gods (which would only slow him down anyway..ala Marvel)
