corrections. chris took him down initially and she reformed into another form twice before chris used the weird lazor like gun which wasn't a rocket launcher. chris left the area after she already fell over and didn't get up and didn't exaclty have to run them.
wesker used stop drop/roll to take out flames, and i recall burns effecting him in the ending.
and since when did guile officially get his ass handed to him by bison. guile faught pretty well against him in sfa3 and manage to throw him back with charlie's help. They probably didn't fight in sf2, since akuma just killed him while whoever won the tournament made it to the finals.
Chris took her down with weapons. Guile does not have any weapons, or does he now? I don't see Guile taking her down H2H. Neither will Wesker--which is why he fled--and neither will Chris.
Wesker avoided the flames, true. It's not smart to fight her while being on fire you know? However I just watched the fight on youtube and right before Wesker saw Chris; Alexia hit him in the arm with the flames. Wesker shrugged it off and then let Chris handle Alexia like the jackass he is.
SFA3's confusing plot drives me nuts, so I will not argue about it. I will let anyone in love with it handle it. And I was under the impression you were talking about the SF anime movie where Bison beat the crap out of Guile without trying. I'm used to people relying on the animes to prove a point, my bad.
anime guile easily knocked down a house with a sonic boom, which is beyond what any conventional gun can do. and it's not like ryu/ken ever did much better against bison alone in the anime.
somersault justice or sonic barrage will really be troublesome for wesker or alexia even in fly form.

It's not that scary really(Regenerators are an exception, they freak me the f*ck out), Doom 3 was much scarier.
