Good lord clearly it does. Its like saying Thor at one point could take on Mr.hyde, but then now a days he can barely take his hits. He's clearly been depowered. Thats a fake example by the way but nonetheless its the truth. I mean it didn't even show his ears being hurt. It showed him struggling to get up. When he accidentally ran into a haymaker from Ironman he flew back but literally got right back into the fight WITH NO RINGS EITHER. I doubt Hulks thunder clap hits with the force of 90 tons since he was struggling so much to hit Temugin and he was just trying to make a wide spread attack. Since its widespread wind it would be all over his body rather then just his face so clearly he's been depowered. Do you have any better reason or your going to say "That's not proof Hulks thunder clap would be enough to make him go down" even though it would only Hurt wolverines ears.
He is, Hulk literally couldn't touch him and actually felt his strikes, and the only way he could save himself was with a thunder clap. But I guess if marvel wanted to save Hulk fans they had to make Temugin loose.
