nah ultimate Thor is nothing like Current Thor. Current thor has stronger showings and the odinforce [i think]. Ultimate thor relies on believers or so it seems with his exchange with Thanos in ultiFF. the more followers they have the stronger they are. not to mention ulti thor is often enough taken out of fights or hardly shown. such as in the situation where he was thrown around by colossus or one shot by Venom. he could take them but they pretty much put him on the side to make it more interesting. he isnt focused on much so his feats are low and few and far between.
in the 'vs superman' aspect i think to Ultimate powers 'Thor vs Hyperion' fight. he can hold his own long enough for vulcan and Cap.Atom to factor in the fight.
