McDuffie is well known for watering down powerful characters to make the street guy (or his guys) look good. He had a history of this kind of PIS in Justice League Unlimited, so one can't be surprised that the same thing happened in FF.

McDuffie's Injustice League arc == Most inteligence-insulting storyline I've read in over 20 years of comic reading. Not even the armbar thing compares.

Isn't the BP/SS fight taken out of context?

I don't have this comic, but I seem to remember something was done to temporarily elimate Surfer's power before BP grabbed him.

Isn't that right?
