Are you freaking kidding me? The sound ninja DID NOT have attacks at sound speed. The one that actually used sound simply emanated sound waves from his arms after his attacks. He would throw a punch and even if you blocked/dodged the punch initially, the sound waves would get you because you cannot block sound waves. He evn explained it. The sound ninjas physical attacks were not evn close to sound speed. Gaaras sand however was able to protect him because it provided a protective covering for his entire body. The sound ninjas physical attacks were not evn close to sound speed. Saying that gaaras sand is faster than sound and then using it to judge sasukes/itachis speed is just ridiculous.
Now to the topic, hulk soloes way easily. Itachis sharingan is a genjutsu technique( Illusionary technique) that has to do with the mind. I can mention countless examples of the hulk overcoming illusions and shrugging off mental attacks from far greater people than little itachi such as, Shaper of worlds, Nightmare, Dyspare, the leader, Loki and i could go on and on. Itachis sharingan will be childs play. Itachi has not shown the kind of speed you are talking about and the truth is nobody in Naruto has period. He is NOT hitting spidey with a shruiken when evn guys in naruto dodge them. Spidey has got way better reflexes than anyone there.
The fact of the matter is that Itachi does not have what it takes to hurt the hulk in the slightest while a below averge thunderclap would do him in for sure. What a spite thread.
