So, which animes series COULD be adapted into a live-action movie?

Giant robots can't really be compared to a island filled with teens killing each other. When they've made a movie almost exactly like it just replaced teens with convicts on death row.

I think transformers is an okey movie. theres not that many problems with it. now about battle royale remake I do think that will not be a good movie, but I dont think the movie that was made be that another guy was good eather it change to many things that maid the novel and manga good.

the first reason is it not bloody like the manga was.

the second was the two coldest person didnt fight.

the third was is was to short .

so I dont think any of the battle royale movies will or have been good.

I think Dragonball looks great, and erm... somehing like One Piece could be interesting, death note altough im not a fan could be good i guess

No over the top action oriented anime should ever be turned live action. EVER. Something like a Cowboy Bebop might work. I could see it working with Gundam too. And Monster most definetly.

Now would they be good? Whole 'nother story.

Most people hate it. I watched the entire series (gonna take the jaws of life to get those episodes out of my head) and it made me pause for half an hour. It was so horrible.

i know that theyre making one for Avatar:the Last Airbender [but beware...M. Night Shamalan is writing it none ]
others i know of are Akira in 2011 [i dont know if its live action or CGI]
Astro Boy is supposed to be released Oct 23 2009 dancing
theres a DBZ movie coming out in 09 but it looks TERRIBLE all the actors are American and Piccolo isnt even green plus a lot more problems like that none
