Genocide could beat him. The lasso lets her to not-nice things to his soul, and the gem doesn't help against that.

Perhaps not for a majority, but it's possible, imo.

How many times has WW actually used her tiara? Plus Apoc can always teleport out of the way.

Enough times to validate it as an option, in all honesty. And yes, Apoc can teleport, but Diana has superspeed and combat reflexes to go along with it.

Again, it's possible for her to win.

I dunno, over the years, hundreds?

Depends on the writer. Early days she used it a lot, in the 90s not all that often. Nowadays she busts it out every now and then, both the Superman and Genocide fights involved it.

Geno's way of using the lasso is just hax.

Yes, because god forbid anything Cyttorak be portrayed as less than truly impervious. The lasso has worked on skyfather beings before; there's no reason to believe it wouldn't work if it was wrapped around Apoc or Juggernaut unless you have scans showing either of them resisting a similar method of attack.

The lasso has in the past worked on the likes of Ares. It is serious mojo.

DC Ares, who's often near-Skyfather to low-Skyfather, not Marvel Ares.

Sure, but the lasso works on those gods just fine, and the Gem's only 1/7th of Cyttorak's power. 1/7th is less than one of those gods.

Genocide also is WW's power + Ares's power on top. We saw a possible future where she'd be used as the key in a plan to make all the pantheons fall.

Come on. Regular Apoc would beat WW. Now he has the gem of Cyttorak.

As I have said before instant teleportation > travel speed
