true but in terms of overall intelligence and tech I'd put apoc far higher on a priority scale to be on my team assuming his jobbing aura is off. If it's on I have him on high priority to gtfo and stand in a corner when I assemble my team of super genius villains to conquer the world.

Successfully conquering the world several times over if Cable's constant time traveling backwards because of it is anything to go by big grin
