Some people have not been able to grasp the enormity of these canonical accolades yet:
1. "The Sith Emperor is the most powerful Force-user who has ever existed. Unless this implacable enemy can be defeated, the Jedi Order is doomed."
2. "The Sith Emperor has mastered the dark side’s power to become the most dominating Force-user the galaxy has ever seen. His corrupting influence is so complete that none can stand in his presence without succumbing to fear, anger and hatred."
Sith Emperor have been proposed/promoted by some authors as the most powerful Force-user the galaxy have ever witnessed. This is BIG because Sith Emperor is being compared to every other Force-user in the galaxy including The Ones and Abeloth.
Therefore, an accolade such as this one:
"Plagueis was the most powerful Sith Lord who ever lived." (NOTE: This statement is not part of the actual canon lore)
- doesn't compares/overrules accolades of Sith Emperor due to following reasons:
1. SWTOR(E) is newer source then Plagueis novel.
2. Sith Emperor is not a Sith Lord in strict sense, he is a godlike being who represents himself as a Sith Lord but is much darker in comparison. ("Over 300 years ago, the great Jedi heroes Revan and Malak stumbled upon long-hidden Sith Empire's capital of Dromund Kaas, and its ruler - a mysterious, almost godlike avatar of the dark side.")
3. The accolades of Sith Emperor are focused on "Force-user" aspect, they are not measuring Sith Emperor as a Sith Lord in power comparison arena.

Those accolades are in a third person limited omniscient view, where they do not know if the Hero will defeat Vitiate, or if Malgus will die...try harder.
