Assuming that 'without screaming' means 'without screaming', not 'without using his voice whatsoever', it seems pretty silly to think that he'd need to scream at all to win. Whispers have KO'd Hulk and phucked up Gladiator.

Then that would be low showings for Hulk and Glads (depending on how much he was phucked up). Remember one character's high showings can be another's low showing. How to tell? Well, we need a basis. The basis comes from a feat against nature. What are BB's whisper feats against an object?
Well his whisper can rock a battleship. Battleships can weigh tens of thousands of tons. So this is very impressive. Hulk being koed by something that can rock a battleship is probably an average showing if it was a lower state Hulk.
It's definitely a lower feat for Glads though.

The scream has been compared to a nuclear bomb though.

Blackbolt once whispered into a planet of undetermined size. The whisper caused volcanic explosions and seismic activity on the other side of the planet.

Reed's channeled his voice on two occasions, once to overpower Doctor Doom when Doom had stolen powers from Uatu, and once to rip a hole in time and space.

He shattered a Kree (I think?) barrier that Thor + hammer couldn't scratch.
