I included Marr stating the Wrath is more important to the Empire than he himself is, and Arcann stating the Wrath/Nox is the most formidable Sith with Marr stood three feet behind them.

More important, because the Wrath/Nox is the Wrath/Nox and Marr just spent half a scene explaining why the Wrath/Nox is needed.
Arcann has no reason at all to state something false, that codex entry is well out of date compared to KOTFE. In which a Force user Outlander is all but confirmed to be the most powerful champion the Republic and Empire has.

Kenobi was more important to the war than Yoda, doesn't make him more powerful.
Arcann doesn't have a first hand experience with them so his opion is irrelevant compared to an outside source:
