With his spidey sense and speed, plus his strength, he should go through a meta like Wolverine or a peak human like Cap without breaking a sweat. The fact is, he's in a rare line between speedsters, and metas, losing to the former and beating the latter.

The way Carver argues Goku's speed vs comic characters, is how Spidey's speed is to most characters that isn't a genuine speedster.
