I didn't fully watch the youtube video, so I thought it was in it.

Its a scene after the final fight. Ken encounters Viper and she attacks him. Ken parries the attack with ease and she tells him that "Eventhough we're after Ryu's power, you have power and strength as well. " Though I paraphrased that because I don't remember the exact quote.

Also after Ken comes to Ryu's aid after he defeated Seth, Ryu mentions something about Ken having the same power.

Not really. I only seen the last episode. Pretty good, tho. They reused alot of scenes over and over in that fight, kinda killed it.

I hate that little fact, but besides that the anime was great. Great story. It took its liberties but did it right(unlike JCVD's movie) The characters feel more human in it.

You should rent the whole series. Its entertaining and there are lots of great fights. I'm fond of Ken vs Vega. Oh and Gouki makes lots of cameos.
