yes well, to end this spelling contest:

tsar, czar and tzar are the only valid english words. You pronounce them as z�r or ts�r.

you think that Raz could devise a way that allows a thread starter to decide who can and can't post in there thread
there's been some trouble with people posting too much in fanfics even when people "shout" at them
they don't stop and the stuff is either really stupid, repeatitions, or aren't on topic
sometimes it's only a select few
actually one thread has been completely taken over and the author has relinqished it
could raz set up some type of system?

Nope, this is a free forum, people are allowed to post where they want to.

EDIT: If you need to, put said members on your Ignore List.

I' ll try and say this as sensible as possible. Try to get accustomed to KMC its customs and get familiar with all the features KMC has to offer because I' ve seen you talk nonsense too much in this section. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions to help you on your way.
