Illegal aliens is only a cover story for the national ID card. First the card and then the chip. Once we have the chip implanted in us we will be slaves of the NWO. They will be able to track our every move using satellites. This is how cattle is controlled. The NWO works in this way, in installments. Once we swallow the card, they will start planting stories in the news about how inefficient it is and how much better the chip would be. These stories prepare us for what is coming so that when it really comes it isn't that shocking any more. This way we don't see what the real plan is.
The dictator is in power and is actually a cabal the goes by many names, chief among them being the Council on Foreign Relations. People are correct in saying that not all members of Congress are in on this but enough on them are that they can skew the direction that the country is headed in. Whether they believe that the National ID Card is to control illegal immigrants or has a more darker motion, the result will be the same. It will erode our liberties.
