The village has come to accept him now it seems at least aren't afraid of him. Nobody has really shunned him since the Chunnin exams. Though it's not really a vote from the village who becomes Hokage but the elders probably would never allow it..but they're old, and Sasuke wants to kill them. They won't survive..nobody Sasuke wants dead does..except Naruto.

Shikamaru's dad should shave his beard quick, before Kishi kills him off!
... and lets hope if Kakashi has a beard he keeps it hidden under his mask; I'm worried enough about his survival without one. 😄

Now that I have think about I think Kimimaro and Haku are photocopies of each other. I think Kishi Killed of Haku so he can create Kimimaro.
They pretty much the have same background. Last of their clan with their Bloodline Limit, Had a traumatic childhood, found the wrong person to be their mentor. Died to save a person who will also later die. Pretty much the same to me.

Don't bad mouth Zabuza, he was all sorts of bad-ass! Even now, close to ten years since I first read Naruto, Zabuza is still one of my favourite characters... and he's been dead most of the time. 🙁
