Websites get there info from the Naruto show. Why don't you think you ever see Tobi use it at all? It is because the EMS was damaged. He is hoping to take Sasuke's sharingan so his will be back to its full power. It doesn't matter if Itachi never states it.

There are episodes that you don't even know exist. You never see Tobi use his EMS, what are you talking about? It is damaged and so is MS. Sharingan he can still use, not MS or EMS.

no garra's sand is not iron its sand does garra's sand have poison on every tip and you act like garra's defense is impenetrable its been beaten before it can be beaten by sasori. im pretty sure sasori himself can break garra's defenses with those water jets the cut through solid rocks
