He says he is going to add on the scans when he is able to. You are correct though. MM totally tricked him with telepathy. The next part the "new" way of fighting is going to be interesting to say the least. To be honest if he doesn't event some kind of gizmo to protect himself from mind rape or something it's going to be PIS.
kind of sounds like that instance when he overloaded some kind of computer virus thingie buy thinking faster than it. Idk man still think the whole speeding up thouyght is rediculous but whatever it's comics. Has any other speedster been able to accomplish increasing thought speed to a level beyond that of a advanced computer processor or a very high end telepath?
