I'm extremely limited at the moment, stuck as I am with my family rather than my normal place of residence, but I've got a few things loaded up on photobucket that I'll post. I said from the start that this was just Dr. Fate in general, all versions. No organization. Hec died early on -- the scans from the already made thread, or the descriptions that remain, cover most of his entire history.

I generally feel that he is, yes, but it does depend on the version.

If you take Kent as the most powerful version, and then extrapolate the feats of all the rest of them to Kent, then it's without a doubt. But Kent had signfiicantly less showings than did/does Strange, so based on his showings alone, it'd be hard to match all the stuff Strange has done. His performances against the Spectre, the Demons Three, etc. do indicate that his highest match those of Strange, and I don't believe he has as many cripplingly low showings as did/does strange.

Kinda goes along with him having less showings, as you mentioned.

Classic Strange didn't really have many low showings... his worst I think was Dracula killing him, but that only happened because he was fighting stupidly (stated in comic).
