Saying you believe certain groups should be exterminated, and calling for certain groups to be exterminated is a distinction without a difference.
It is a way to declare your support for genocide while hiding behing the pretense of free speech absolutism, and nobody is buying what you are selling.
You can support ones right to express desire for an outcome without supporting the outcome. That's how free speech works.
