Yep.In fact I am mod at a Message board myself!And it is no fun and games,you have to come allout and make sure members are doing good and not bad or you will lose the mod name.

It's hard to lose the mod name here, I suppose. It's basically only if you leave for a LONG period of time, or start acting like a member and bashing and stuff. Or retiring is always an option.
