that's a lame excuse. and even lamer execution by our military. and as a society, shouldn't we be partially alerted that hundreds of tons of explosives were "missing?" missing meaning no witnesses. you don't move that kind of sh!t without somebody noticing. maybe we were just caught up by the hype of the election that we overlooked the stolen explosives and regarded them as missing... taking the news for granted, since we're on a need to know basis.
