I don't think we're using alternate timelines or future timelines. Otherwise adult Franklin Richards and Shaman Nate would kill all the GL's.

As for Superman Prime, he only lives because Nate and Franklin are leaving for Phoenix to devour. And Robwolf27 did specify she could be used since she is a cosmic heroine. Prime is but a super charged solar being - Phoenix would r@pe him.
