Superman followed a trail of trails to escape said pocket universe, left for him by Batman, so either the galaxy WASN’T in another universe, or Batman left him a trail between dimensions to escape said prison.
And it apparently Superman was far faster than light years since he crossed a pocket universe in moments
Like other posters in this thread said. If you want using RL science then Milky Way isn’t even a large galaxy and it’s 100,000 light years across. Even 1000 times lightspeed it would take a 100 years to cross.
So youre saying either
A( Supermans flown a galaxy in moments, Which rebutting your argument that Superman wasnt that fast because light needs hour to catch him. We know crossing a galaxy in moments requires far faster speed than that
B( Supermans speed is transdimensional, Which Im fine with it
At a less than 10 times the speed of light it would take 70 years to cross 2/3’s this distance. At a 1000x lightspeed it should take a few minutes at most.
And according to the writer its speed is beyond imagination and physics, Traveling the pocket universe to the 6th dimension in moments, Shaking every dimension.
So lets do this again
For characters to match this feat, They need to prove they can
1 Go faster than imagination and physics
2 MFTL speed
3 Shake every dimension while doing it
No, That’s the exact opposite of what I’m saying. A( the travel speed of light is measured in YEARS. The amount of time light travels in a YEAR. You’re trying to compare that to Superman outpacing light by an HOUR. B) No. either Supes never crossed dimensions or was given a path to allow him to do so, which negates the speed for transdimensional speed.
How many hours in a year Alberto? Bear in mind that even milk way is 100,000 light years
And even we assuming Superman was following trail to 6th dimension. How does it negate Superman has transimdensional speed? He still needs to fly through dimensions by himself, no?
Also put him ahead imagination and shake every dimension while just flying
Again, Please prove your character can meet the 3 conditions
1 Go faster than imagination and physics
2 MFTL speed
3 Shake every dimension while doing it
You’re trying to disregard the actual physics and discrepancies the writer included alongside that flowery speech of “beyond imagination.” The feat was partially quantified with the light-hours mentioned but you’re only concerned with the nearly- unquantifiable flourish the writer tackled onto a relatively low-speed for Superman showing
@AlbertoJohnAvil
Ah, But if we using the actual physics Superman would have flown thousands of years to pass a galaxy let alone a pocket universe but in the comic he actually just crossed it in moments. So light needs hours to catch him sounds more like flowery speech in this context, Dont you think?

.....per a quick Google search, 8760. So, by the math,Superman was moving around 8760 times slower than a light-year in said scan which is far slower than marvel characters already listed in the thread.
