Sounds like censorship to me. It is very telling that you oppose censorship of advocating for genocide, but favor censorship of educating about racism. What a shocker.
And did I say anything should be taught in classes?
You confuse free expression with propaganda taught in schools, shocker.

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Have you ever heard of the term "objectivity?" It's where you don't take a stance and teach something from all sides.
I remember in a biology class where my teacher taught us 3 different theories of evolution. Darwin's theory that animals change over millions of years to better adapt to their environment through reproduction (even Kent Hovind admits this is true), a French guy who hated Darwin and said we all came from worms, and the creationist theory that God made everything in his own vision. We were asked which one we thought made the most sense.
Everyone thought Darwin's theory except for one guy who believed in God, go figure.

Actually, that is not true from a legal standpoint. There is no law banning creation from being taught. The law is that it just can't be forced to be taught.
Although legally it can still be taught the ACLU would have a shit fit over it if they found out about it being taught in class rooms and would threaten to sue if it wasn't stopped.
They know they wouldn't win in a court of law but they also know most schools can't handle paying lawyers' fees over it so they use the threat of a lawsuit as a scare tactic to get schools to stop teaching creation.

Oh you poor wittle baby. Kent Hovind still triggers you so badly lol.
Hovind taught high school science and math for 15 years and he has a degree too. That is why he is called Dr. Hovind.
He knows far more about real science than you do, wittle blakey.

I see that you seem to be jumping to incorrect conclusions again. Let me help you. I do not believe creationism should be taught in schools as an alternate to evolution. And I am an atheist.
Neither one of them should be taught in public schools. They are both faith based religions regardless of how much atheists like to pretend what they believe as being "science-based".

Nah, not "hung up" on it at all. It is actually quite funny to think about lol.
