Long story short, private messages with carter had me bring up his hissy fit because he listened to Failberto without actually verifying what I posted, and wanted proof, so I brought it so he can't deny it.

While you are correct, he specifically asked me for the proof, saying "I normally forgive and forget." Except that's only half right. In a different thread I had ctdm quote me so Carter could see.
Carter's response makes me think he realized he f ucked up but didn't want to admit he was wrong, and he eventually just pretended it never happened. So unless he's lying and playing dumb(certainly a possibility), he forgot, but he didn't forgive since he realized HE was in the wrong, not me.
And again, he asked for this. If he actually does admit when he's wrong like he claims, well, here's his chance to prove it!!
