of course its definite,but it was postponed.

oh yeah thats right.I heard about that.that they are postponing it to another year because people are up in arms about it so they now realise they have to try and come up with something else to get us to take it. 😄

they problably stard making this a requirement for new borns or even do it secretly so everyone will have it.
