IIRC there was a scan of Anakin fighting off Dooku and Ventress at once.
While I'm not aware of this ever occurred, it points at least somewhat that Skywalker is capable of engaging both. Also Obi want defeating Ventress isn't completely out of the question

Even if they clear 3 they go down at 4. Them clearing 3 is actually all based around if Anakin is really stupid and doesn't listen to obi-wan during that fight.
I can see them at down three, it depends on if Dooku fought Obi wan and how long Ventress could last against peak Anakin.

Possibly done at four, definitely don't clear the boss.

The thing with Anakin and Dooku happened in the comic where Ahsoka was a slave. There was a TCW episode about it and the fight never occurred, though, so it's practically retconned.
N-canon. Directly contradicted by the T-canon Clone Wars Episode its a depiction of. Its pretty clear the writers re-did this because they thought that would be too much wankage of Anakin.

It has to be Ventress probably just the angle. Also just stumbled upon this.
"After the airing of Ventress's betrayal, and subsequent revenge, Star Wars: The Clone Wars Magazine 5 presented an Infinities scenario. Ventress returned to the Nightsisters' coven, and the Nightsisters instead imbued her with the dark magick ritual, as opposed to Savage Opress. Ventress's speed, power and agility were augmented and she was outfitted with dueling armor capable of deflecting lightsabers and blaster bolts. Asajj also added more tattoos to her face. Seeking revenge, Ventress then methodically took out all of Count Dooku's security systems and made her way into his inner sanctum to confront him in combat. Shrugging off or deflecting his Force lightning, she used her double-bladed lightsaber to tear through his defenses and put an end to him once and for all. Darth Sidious, pleased to have a younger, more powerful apprentice, knighted Ventress as Darth Vindicaa. Ventress was silently planning to eventually overthrow him as well."
Assuming this is their peak ROTS incarnations. No way they beat Dooku and Ventress. Ventress can hold her own with either Kenobi or Skywalker. Dooku, himself, is slightly better than Skywalker in swordmanship and can dominate both of the Jedi with his Force powers.
