That would be Mace Windu telling him he was the best person to go confront Grevious. Plus, the Jedi sent to confront Palpatine were the 5 best Council members available. Clearly, Obi-Wan and Yoda would've been there, had they been able to, and Anakin was too much of a variable for Windu's liking. Due to the time constraints (Mace wanted to move quick and try to take Palpatine by surprise), Mace didn't want to wait for either Yoda or Kenobi to return.
