She sliced through Mandalorian Iron like butter and was stated to have mastered the lightsaber in an extremely short time. Regardless she would just Wall of Light Ventress.

Which says nothing about how long she'd last in a saber duel  . Her best dueling feats are killing Krath war droids, and her Wall of light isn't impressive she attacked a man when he was vulnerable. Ventress has better reflexes, is faster, and can press her at least. She isn't as good of a swordsman as she is.

I'm really not sure how to judge Nomi's combat abilities, so I'm not really sure. I'd assume she's superior to Assaj, but on the other hand Lord Scourge can also top his opponent.
