Team 1, I believe Kam has the best dueling feats of the bunch, and Skotia shows some good force power.

Sliced down the blademaster of the Dark Side Elite easily, faced three Elite at once on another occasion, sparred on even terms with Corran Horn. Kam's clone Alpha was also strong enough to almost kill Jaden Korr.
It's not that he has a ton of feats, but what he has is fairly good, and the others have less.
