Doubt it. They're fighting on the Star Forge, one of the most potent nexuses in the mythos. Malak's going to be as strong and fast as ever, whereas Raskta will be slower and weaker. Pair that with Malak having Jedi juiceboxes, and Raskta's odds aren't looking great.

This isn't literally on the Star Forge, Malak simply has the amplification he would get from the SF nexus.

Even so, Raskta was dominating Bane with a moderate-at-best BM amp whilst Bane had a rage amp, nexus amp and Orb protection to boot.

In a sabers only fight Malak gets semi-stomped.

Malak always struck me as one of the weaker and more pathetic Sith Lords in the mythos in all honesty. In any event, he's practically an unknown when it comes to saber combat, whereas Raskta's performance against Bane is one of the best sheer feats of lightsaber prowess we've ever seen. Amp or no amp, Malak cannot be said to be able to contend with someone on that level.
