Hmm well let's see Grievous lost to Kit Fisto and Gungans and Cin Drallig would kick his ass meanwhile Maul lost to a padawan. Dooku on the other hand regularly tools Anakin and Obi-Wan, an unstoppable duo who have amazing dueling feats and hype. I'm thinking Dooku curbstomps in a good fight.
