Team 2 should dominate. Karness and Wyyrlok are more than a match for Bane and Scourge, and Tol won't fare well against Kar Vastor.

Probably team 1.
Vastor without an amp loses to any of the three, and Scourge is competent enough to hold off Wyyrlok.
Team 2 has a chance if Muur kills Bane though
