well firstly i think vader is crapping his pants because of the emotional scar of his accident :P
secondly bane would win, although i perfer vader, bane experienced far more lightsaber battles than vader, so i reckon he'd take this one, not to mention his natural bio armor

RotS Vader is superior in every field. More skilled in the lightsaber, far greater combatant overall with far superior combative accomplishments, he is proven faster than Jedi/Dark Jedi in PT era that are already comparable/superior to Bane. Comparable physical strength, superior endurance, and he is even already shown to fare better than Bane in difficult area like on Mustafar.
