Capability of The Ones

Given the standing of The Ones as entities several orders of magnitudes above beings such as Vitiate, Nihilus, Sidious, Luke, etc, how much destructive power do you think they can unleash, i.e. could The Son oneshot/annihilate a solar system? Could the Father quickly annihilate the Galaxy? etc.

No.

The Ones are several orders of magnitude above them only in the perception of some fans.

This is the maximum we have:

Long ago, the Ones withdrew from the galaxy to avoid ruining it with their Force powers.

But even the above won't have happened soon. We have the example of Abeloth to consider.
