Disregarding Sith/Mandos who've had multiple dealings with them and are obvious mentions, what other alien races that have encountered hate them due to their history? Did the Jedi abandon their planet in a past war for some reason, or did let the androids destroy them in the Clone wars to protect another area? How long have they despised the order, and what attempts did the Jedi make to reconcile with them?

Mandalorian are not a race. The kaalesh really mother focking does, A loty of species that do dislike the republic.. And some other that I just cannot remembers...

They hated everyone, really. IIRC They developed a pretty strong war machine, as a race, but when the Republic attempted to bully them into submission, their own defense systems razed entire worlds and left the species for dead, the Republic did nothing to help.
Not entirely sure why they blamed the Jedi, but that seems to be the way they went with it in KotOR II.
Mmm I checked on the Wookiee and apparently they blamed the Jedi for not doing their job as "protectors of the galaxy" and defending them, apparently they even helped with the Great Jedi Purge thousands of years later, some grudge.
