So much backup on the One Sith side! 60 sith lords and 60 sith troopers and 144 is really a heck of a lot.
Of course, the RoT sith are quite formidable, more than most of the OS team. But still, *every* RoT sith will have to deal with 6 sith, 6 troopers, and 14 stormtroopers in *addition* to their actual named opponents. And every RoT sith that dies (say, Zannah falling to Wyyrlok + aforementioned, which should not take hard or long) frees up a lot of reinforcements to assist with the others (Wyyrlok could then go on to kill Cognus with even more Troopers and Sith behind him), so the One Sith are going to focus on taking out Maul/Cognus/Zannah/Venamis/Dooku so they can throw more Sith Troopers at the big guns.
Considering Sith Troopers can put up a fight against pretty high level people, and multiple of the OS train specifically to assassinate in the middle of battles, it's a good situation for them.
That said, the numbers aren't to an extent where the RoT don't have a shot, they have a *lot* of power and if they can link up and work as groups- not their speciality- they can win, but you just know that the big RoT guns are going to have to take on, like, 20+ force users before their real foes even step in if they can dictate the battle.
The Order of the Sith Lords should win, tbh. Sidious and Maul take down Krayt & Wyyrlok in short order, whilst the other Banite Sith clown the One Sith. Most of the fodder would just get in each other's way.
Even if they wanted to take them down fast, with more forces they have, there'll literally be a lot of bodies in the way. Sidious going after Krayt with six sith troopers and six no-name sith around him is a risky move, it's not safe to go for the crown til the numbers are parred down.
These, additionally, are people trained to work together, they won't get in each other's way. I mean, that's one of their things, and arguably one of their advantages here- One side is an existing military force that works as groups, the other side works as individuals. In some of the cases it won't matter a lot, but the One Sith took down the Jedi with exactly this kind of force. Stormies and grunts (and in the battle of the hidden temple, powerful Sith Troopers, who may be the best no-names of any era) distracting, tiring out Jedi masters, even pulling them down with weight of numbers.
... also, Maul's gonna take down Wyyrlok? (Wyyrlok w/ backup no less) Perhaps you meant Plagueis, or Vader?
It does look like a pretty good balance of numbers vs power to give both a chance.
After all, the Banites inherently are all one of the top 1~2 (or in cases of apprentice confusion, 3) sith in existence at a time, while OS are inherently bringing in sith that are just council-strong rather than Dark Lord strong because they're an order that exists all at once... and the infrastructure that supports them.
